Step1- Gathering all of the required information

  Once you have paid for your plan, it is time to go to work for both of us. From the time we receive payment confirmation, you can expect a call from our Web Designer to go over the process of gathering all of the information for your website. We have tools that we will give you to help make the process of gathering your site content very easy. You will be given a link to a zip file containing all of our contracts and forms that you will need to fill out for your website. We also have a file transfer system so when you do get all of your content, forms, photos and anything else you may want to put on your website. You will be able to mail it to us or just upload your files to our website. Once the designer receives all of your contact, he will contact you again to go over all of the content one final time before the site construction begins.

Step2- Domain names and hosting

  If you already have a domain name and or hosting, you may skip step two. If not then it is time to choose a domain name and hosting. Our company uses Gate.com for all of our domain name registration and hosting. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us and we can help you set up your hosting and domain name FREE of charge.

Step3- Construction of your website

  By this time, you should have all of your website content delivered to us and your domain name and hosting set-up. The process is now in our designers hands. Our designers will construct your site and provide you with a link so you can view the progress of your website as we build it. This gives you the opportunity to give us your input throughout the construction of your new website.

Step4- Revisions & Cleanup

  Your new website is about done and ready to be published to the web. At this point, our designers will go over your site with you and make any changes that you wish to have made before publishing your new website. We also add your keywords, description, sitemap, and finally..register your new website with Google™

Step5- Delivery of your new website

  Your Website is complete at this step and published to the web. We then send you a copy of your website and files on disk so that you have a back-up copy of your site. At this time, we will offer you one of our great Website Management programs so that you can continue to have your website maintained and updated without any inconvenience to you if you choose to have us continue to manage your new website.
